IT Performance Barometer 2010-2011 (EN)
Due to the crisis, IT budgets were under pressure in 2009. Nevertheless, the great majority of CIOs responded to the crisis and lower budgets by increasing the added value provided by IT. This was a challenging target, and it served as the basis for the IT Performance Barometer 2010.
The IT Performance Barometer is an annual study which provides insight and identifies trends in current ICT themes. This study is based on the input provided by over 120 IT managers in 11 sectors regarding the quality of IT services, IT budget and IT sourcing. This report also uses the research results of satisfaction surveys carried out under IT end users. The input from the IT managers and the results of the end-user surveys provide updated insight into whether additional added value has actually been realised.
