Early 2011 Yorizon has made a start with the preparations for the monthly user satisfaction measurements among IT end users of University of Groningen (Netherlands). The IT organisation, CIT, is a professional IT organisation within the University, which is actively and frequently measuring the perceptions and opinions of apprx. 35,000 end users (students, academic and support staff). This is done in a very structured way by using the IT user feedback solutions and services of Yorizon. The results are reported via an advanced management dashboard, connected to Yorizon’s benchmark data and are used to improve the IT services of CIT.
