How does it work?
Together with your organization we will design and develop the contents of the questionnaire. We will base the contents on our best practices and at the same time we will of course customize the questionnaire to fit your (project) organization. When building the questionnaire, it will be divided into 5 basic phases:

3. Realization phase
4. Delivery phase
5. After service phase
We offer you 2 possibilities:
- Measuring after the project is finalized. We advise to do so for those projects of duration 3-6 months.
- Measuring in different phases during the IT project. We advise this approach for projects with a duration of more than 6 months.
We will build the instrument within our online technology using a neutral look & feel. All participants from each specific project can participate via a web based questionnaire. The questionnaire can be provided in any language, including Cyrillic or Asian character sets. Because of our proven skills and by using semantic questions, we are able to eliminate cultural differences between the respondents as much as possible.
Deliverables
