IT Experience Benchmark Benelux 2012

Yorizon executes the IT Experience benchmark. Every organisation from apprx. 50 IT workplaces to apprx. 500 IT workplaces can benefit from this survey. We want to contribute to strengthen IT-organisations in which people work with more dedication and motivation, are more productive and more innovative. The results enable participating organisations in strategic decision making, cost reduction and more effective communication.

Organisations are often searching for ways to measure the internal IT end user perception. In doing that they are often confronted with high costs, lacking research knowledge and lacking comparison with other organisations. Yorizon offers a solution with the IT Experience Benchmark 2012.

Every participating organisation will get their own best practice online questionnaire published. IT-departments are able to invite the IT end user to participate in the survey or Yorizon invites the end user. All information is recorded in our secure databases and the results will be available for every individual participating organisation via an online dashboard based on QlikView technology.
