With the IT Happiness Platform I was able to quickly run a first IT satisfaction measurement among our end users myself. Although the results were not entirely surprising, they did confirm to us that it is good to periodically measure IT Happiness within Schuiteman. Certainly also in times where the distance to the end users is literally large due to the many working from home activities. Previously I gathered input through personal conversations, now I can use the IT Happiness Platform to find out what is going well and where there are possibilities for improvement.
The IT Happiness Platform has enabled us to identify and benchmark our user’s system experience. We are now able to focus our efforts on managing user perceptions and improve systems based on user feedback.
