Are you our new project support officer?

Yorizon is an IT research & consultancy firm supporting IT departments with activating insights about the experience of IT end users, IT employees and internal and customers. An important component in obtaining these insights is setting up and leading online satisfaction surveys. These are often continuous projects with intensive customer contact. We work for larger Dutch organizations as well as international companies operating worldwide.

We are looking for a Project Support Officer to strengthen our project team. You are either a starter or  you may already have 1-3 years work experience.

Your job:

  • Supporting customer projects in a team of project managers
  • Build online questionnaires based on existing technology and methodology
  • Supporting execution of IT surveys in all stages of a project
  • Supporting standardization and description of work processes
  • Preparing reports for the project manager
  • Setting up automated customer reports in our analytics dashboard
  • Preparing additional analyses based on proven framework

Requirements:

  • Technical background with understanding and/or experience working in client projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite
  • Experienced in MS Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Javascript/JQuery, CSS
  • Language skills: Dutch and English
