  5. Make frequent measurements (quarterly or monthly); keep them short
  6. Communicate the results openly and transparently
  7. Explain the actions you have undertaken
  8. Use positive ‘happy’ quotes from your users to underline your actions
  9. Celebrate improvements without being arrogant
  10. Start again from 1.
