The FREE plan must be activated and used within 90 days of registration. Once the survey is launched, it remains open for up to 3 weeks after the first response is received or until 300 responses are collected—whichever comes first.
No, there are no hidden costs or commitments. The paid plans (LITE and PLUS) are based on a monthly subscription and only require a one-month cancellation notice.
