How long does it take to get started?

After your subsciption is active, our team will take around 1–2 weeks for the onboarding and implementation phase, with a maximum of 4 weeks. This includes adding your company logo and other custom elements. Then, the IT Happiness Program commences.

Can I speak with an expert before I subscribe?

Yes, you can schedule a 30-minute call with one of our experts if you have any questions. Plan a call here.

What happens if I cancel my plan—will I lose my data?

No, when you cancel your subscription, you'll have the opportunity to download all collected raw data. We will archive your survey for 12 months, and if you decide to restart your subscription within that period, we can restore your data so you can continue tracking trends seamlessly

Is this suitable for organizations of all sizes?

Yes, it’s suitable for organizations of all sizes. In practice, we recommend having a target audience of at least 10 employees. If you’re a large, corporate, or global organization, our Custom Program may be a better fit—but you’re still welcome to use this for what it’s designed to be: a quick first scan of your current situation.

Do you have benchmarks or industry comparisons?

Yes, we collect large volumes of end-user experience data from people around the world. The LITE and PLUS plans include benchmark data by default: every month, you'll receive an update based on a rolling 12-month average. These benchmarks represent average scores, allowing you to compare your organization to hundreds of others across various sizes and industries

What is Digital Employee Experience (DEX)

Digital Employee Experience (DEX) refers to the experience employees have with the daily use of their digital workplace, which includes, among other things, standard devices, applications, tools, support, and business software. While DEX is a widely used abbreviation, it is closely related to terms like ITSAT, IT Happiness, and End User Experience.

What is IT Happiness?

IT Happiness is our metaphor for end-user experience — but it’s not called IT Happiness for nothing. In high-performing organizations, mere satisfaction isn't enough. We aim for genuine enthusiasm in the daily use of the digital workplace — and that’s what we call IT Happiness.

Can I switch plans if my needs change?

Yes, you can. You can upgrade from the Free IT Happiness Scan to the Essential Program while keeping your data and benefiting from continuous insights and benchmarks.

How long is the free plan?

The FREE plan must be activated and used within 90 days of registration. Once the survey is launched, it remains open for up to 3 weeks after the first response is received or until 300 responses are collected—whichever comes first.

Are there any hidden costs, setup feed, or long-term commitments?

No, there are no hidden costs or commitments. The IT Happiness Program isbased on a monthly subscription and only require a two-month cancellation notice.

How secure is my data, and do you comply with any privacy regulations?

At Yorizon, we take data protection seriously by adhering to international standards and implementing strict security measures, including a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement and an ISO 27001-aligned Information Security Management System.
